This versatile disc spinner even doubles as a pre-amplifier for your digital audio sources and also lets you stream music either through Bluetooth or over Wi-Fi.

Custom-tuned DAC and filters

The CD 50n uses a potent 32-bit/384kHz digital-to-analogue converter chip. It's paired with two custom Marantz Musical digital filters to produce incredibly accurate sound with the company's signature warmth and detail.

Versatile streaming options

HEOS Built-in streaming architecture makes it easy to find and play the music you love. You can download the free HEOS app (available on IOS® and Android™) and start streaming from popular apps like TIDAL, Spotify®, and Deezer. HEOS also makes it very easy to expand your system into other rooms, just add other HEOS enabled speakers or devices and you can enjoy your music all over the house, all controllable from a single app.

If you're an Apple user, you can stream to the CD 50n using AirPlay 2. From the AirPlay 2 interface, you can play music from your iPhone®, iPad®, iPod®, or any computer running iTunes®.

Built-in Bluetooth gives you another familiar, convenient way to play music, podcasts, audiobooks, and more. Just pair your device and stream away.

Flexible connectivity

The CD 50n offers a wide range of connectivity. It has multiple digital inputs including USB Type-A, USB Type-B, optical digital, and coaxial digital, as well as an HDMI ARC connection. There's also an RS-232 port for integrating the CD player with popular home automation / control equipment.

On the output side, you have an optical and coaxial digital output, and two pairs of analogue RCA outputs. The first pair of outputs is fixed, which is perfect for sending the audio signal to an integrated amplifier, receiver, or preamp. The second pair has a variable output, used for connecting the CD player to self-powered active speakers and power amplifiers.
