The diminutive Mission 778x integrated amplifier pays homage to the original 778, launched over 40 years ago. Like its predecessor, the 778x features a compact, half-width design, delivering sound that surpasses its small size. While it shares the original’s versatility with a range of inputs, the internal circuitry has been completely revamped to meet modern standards. This new model pairs perfectly with a wide range of speakers.

The built-in phono stage features a JFET-based circuit with precise RIAA equalization, optimized for MM cartridges. This high-quality, low-noise input eliminates the need for an external phono pre-amp, ensuring your vinyl sounds its best.

778x features built-in Bluetooth with support for aptX and AAC codecs – this provides CD-quality wireless streaming from your smartphone, tablet, or PC.
Versatile Connectivity
The 778x features a wide range of digital and analogue source inputs including USB, coaxial digital, 2 x optical inputs and twin RCA analogue inputs. RCA Pre-out allows for future upgrade to a more powerful amp if required.

The 778x doesn’t stop at Bluetooth. It features a top-tier ESS ES9018K2M Reference DAC with ESS Technology’s 32-bit HyperStream architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator. We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £99. For orders under £99 a delivery charge of £7.50 will be applied.
Cut-off time for next day delivery is 3pm Monday-Friday. Items ordered after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Saturday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (please allow an extra day if a bank holiday falls within this period).
Our delivery partner DPD offers an interactive messaging service and will provide a 1-hour time window for your delivery so please provide a mobile phone number where possible.
Some items are not available on a next day delivery service, in these cases the selected product page will display the expected delivery time. If you would like to double check the delivery time prior to ordering please call 01932 851121 or email sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk.

Cancellations & Returns
At Weybridge Audio we want our customers to be happy with their purchase which is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on all products purchased through our website. If you would like to return an item please call us on 01932 851121 or email to sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk including your name, address, and original order number. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty in which case we will arrange to collect the faulty item at our expense.
Items must be returned to us in 'as new' condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item, subject to the above terms being met.
