The first Wharfedale Diamond was launched back in 1982 and it immediately set a new standard for compact speakers. The original model proved that small speakers could deliver big sound—offering a rich, full-bodied performance without overwhelming the listener. True to this legacy, the Diamond 12.0 continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in a compact bookshelf speaker and has already become a standout success.
The Original Compact Speaker
Much like its predecessors, the Diamond 12.0 is supremely versatile, making it a perfect fit for a variety of setups. Whether paired with mini systems or separate Hi-Fi components, the compact design and smooth, natural sound make it an excellent choice for any space.
Diamond 12.0 isn’t fussy about placement, they work equally well whether positioned close to or further away from the wall. They also make excellent rear speakers in a surround sound setup.
A Ground-Up Redesign
While the Diamond 12.0 retains the essence of its iconic forerunners, its design is completely reimagined. The new Klarity™ woofer is a mica-infused polypropylene cone, polypropylene is very light so it responds quickly to incoming audio signals, Mica adds stiffness to the polypropylene which helps the cone keep and reduce distortion.
Elegant Finishes
The Diamond 12.0 is available in three attractive finishes—black, light oak, and walnut—so it can seamlessly complement a wide range of interiors. The cabinet is constructed from varying thicknesses of MDF to control resonance, and strategic bracing eliminates unwanted vibrations, preventing the ‘boxy’ sound that can plague smaller speakers. This design ensures that what you hear is pure, distortion-free sound that captures the true essence of your music.

Delivery & Returns

We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £120. For orders under £120 a delivery charge of £7.50 will be applied.
Cut-off time for next day delivery is 3pm Monday-Friday. Items ordered after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Saturday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (please allow an extra day if a bank holiday falls within this period).
Our delivery partner DPD offers an interactive messaging service and will provide a 1-hour time window for your delivery so please provide a mobile phone number where possible.
Some items are not available on a next day delivery service, in these cases the selected product page will display the expected delivery time. If you would like to double check the delivery time prior to ordering please call 01932 851121 or email sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk.
* Remote and offshore locations are excluded from the free delivery service. For these locations we offer a standard 2-3 day delivery

Cancellations & Returns
At Weybridge Audio we want our customers to be happy with their purchase which is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on all products purchased through our website. If you would like to return an item please call us on 01932 851121 or email to sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk including your name, address, and original order number. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty in which case we will arrange to collect the faulty item at our expense.
Items must be returned to us in 'as new' condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item, subject to the above terms being met.
